Summarize results of the research which was done at QB university. Point out the importance of communication in learning English as well as in job interviews for students. Find out the most difficulties in the students’ communicating as well as in job interviews in the future. Propose some useful solutions to help English majored seniors at Quang Binh University to improve English communication and do job interviews successfully = Tóm tắt kết quả nghiên cứu của một đề tài thực hiện ở trường ĐH Quảng Bình. Chỉ ra tầm quan trọng của kỹ năng giao tiếp trong học tiếng anh và phỏng vấn xin việc. Tìm ra những khó khăn mà sinh viên gặp phải trong giao tiếp và phỏng vấn. Đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm khắc phục tình trạng trên.
